Booking & payment

What are the payment options?

Option 1 · Two payments
50% non-refundable deposit at booking50% due 15 days before the wedding

100% at booking, with a 13% discount that offsets the HST

Can we customize a package?

Yes. Our packages are the most popular starting points, and you’re welcome to request changes or substitutions to build one that fits your day.

Do packages cover travel?

Travel within Lambton County is included. For weddings more than an hour from Sarnia, travel costs such as a hotel and rental are discussed and agreed with you ahead of time.

Do you photograph destination weddings?

Yes. We adjust your package to include travel costs such as airfare, hotel and rental.

Your wedding day

What does full day coverage cover?

Coverage runs from the time you want us to arrive until the time you want us to leave, up to 12 hours in total.

What if the photographers are sick or unable to make it?

Your wedding is our top priority and we have never missed one. In an extreme circumstance, a trusted backup associate photographer steps in so you are never left without coverage.

Are you insured?

Yes. We are fully insured for unexpected situations, including damaged or stolen gear.

Sessions & video

When and where is the engagement session?

Any time between booking and your wedding date, whenever suits you. We encourage everyone to take it, as it helps you feel at ease before the big day. We suggest activities and poses that bring out natural interaction, and we scout local locations and share recent favourites with you beforehand.

Can we swap in a different session?

Yes. A family, holiday, trash the dress or first-year anniversary session can take the place of your included engagement session.

Do you offer video?

No. We focus on photography only, which protects the quality of your images.
